3. Campaign Creation

  • Campaign owners must provide accurate details about their fundraising cause or product/service offerings.
  • Charanvandan reserves the right to review, approve, or reject campaigns that do not align with our platform’s mission or policies.

4. Donations and Payments

  • All contributions made via Charanvandan are treated as voluntary donations to the intended cause or campaign.
  • For product/service purchases, customers will be informed of delivery timelines and related policies.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Donations: Due to the nature of charitable contributions, refunds for donations are not applicable unless an error occurs in the payment process.
  • Product/Service Sales: Refunds or cancellations for purchased items/services will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with clear communication provided at the time of purchase.

6. Campaigner Responsibilities

  • Campaigners must provide clear updates on the progress and usage of funds raised.
  • Misuse of funds will result in immediate suspension of the campaign and potential legal action.

7. Platform Fees

  • Charanvandan may deduct a service fee from the total funds raised to cover operational costs, transaction fees, and platform maintenance.

8. User Conduct

  • Users are expected to engage respectfully and ethically on the platform. Any abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior may lead to account suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Charanvandan acts solely as a service provider and cannot guarantee the fulfillment of campaign promises by individual campaigners. While we make efforts to verify campaigns, users are encouraged to donate responsibly.

10. Privacy and Data Usage

  • By using Charanvandan, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and materials on the Charanvandan platform are the property of M/S Charanvandan Digital Solution Private Limited and may not be used without permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from the use of our platform shall be governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
